How Do I Prepare!?

A Vision
Having a vision is one of the most beautiful aspects of life. It allows us to freely create anything and everything out of our experiences, emotions, ingenuity, and pure imagination. Your vision is extremely important, be it a professional headshot, portraits, or an event. Mapping out your vision as clearly as possible with every detail, style, and position noted and scripted allows us to seize that opportunity to bring your vision to light. Therefore, it all starts with the vision, because that will be our guide throughout our process.
A Helpful Guide
I. You're Interested.
You have looked through the portfolio and decided to inquire about a photoshoot or event. Once submit your information through the contact page, email, or through a light conversation, a virtual meeting will then be scheduled to meet you and discuss your vision, package, location, and time. After the meeting, I will send you a contract to sign along with information on where to invest your deposit.
II. You've Chosen To Book.
You have signed the contract, paid the deposit, and your session or event is solidified on the calendar. You will then receive a link to Milanote within 1-3 days. That link will provide you with the details of your shoot, including focal points to locations, to styles, and to potential poses. The Milanote allows you to comment on pictures and ideas so that we can ensure we are building toward your vision. Overall, this allows us to work together with the same goal and provides you with the opportunity to know exactly what you want to do before getting to your shoot or event.
III. Time To Capture The Moment.
The moment has arrived, and it is time for the session or event. By this time, you have already paid in full, and we are ready to capture the moment. We will follow the notes to your vision as closely as possible and adjust to any feasible new ideas that are developed. For photoshoots and professional headshots, light music may be played to provide comfort, and I will gently direct our session.
IV. After The Session or Event.
The portraits will be uploaded to your own personal collection with a watermark. You will receive an email notifying you of your ability to select the portraits or professional headshots that you would like to have retouched. Event portraits will be retouched without a selection process.
V. Delivery of The Vision.
The retouching process may take up to 1-2 weeks. After retouching the portraits, you will receive an email notifying you that your portraits are ready. You will then be able to review and download your portraits. Though everything has been completed, I would hope to work with you again!
